摘  要:随着军队文职人员聘用工作的开展,医院作为军队文职人员的招聘试点单位,以上级有关文件和要求为依据,按照公开、公平、竞争择优、依法用人的原则,采取多种渠道组织学习、深入宣传、超前准备、周密组织、完善机制、严格培训等方法,取得了良好的效果。Along with the development of the employment of cadreman nursing staff in military hospitals, as a pilot hospital and based on the related documents and principles of equity, competition and legality, we take various means to employ cadreman nursing staff through the following process, such as organizing further study,broadened publicizing, making preparations in advance, strengthening management,organization rules and regulations and providing strict training, which achieved favorable effect.
