摘　　要：本文介绍了尼尔基水利枢纽施工期水文预报的内容、方法,包括围堰上下游断面水位、坝址流量、导流明渠进口水位,针对不同施工阶段,调整预报方案,并以实例说明水文预报在施工中所发挥的作用。The paper introduces the substance and the method of forecast forupstream and downstream water level for the cofferdam,discharge of dam site,water level of diversion channel intake in the construction period of Nierji water complex.The scheme of forecast is adjusted according to different stage of construction.The paper takes the Nierji water complex as the example to explain the effect of hydrological forecast in the project construction.
