摘　　要：运用博弈理论的有关原理,分别研究了传统的建设工程合同双方的信任机制和Partnering模式下双方的信任机制,论证了目前普遍应用的传统建设工程合同双方的合作信任关系是一种非常不稳定的低效合作关系,而Partnering模式下的信任机制才是真正稳定的。Using the relevant principles of game theory, this paper studies the trust mechanisms between the contract parties both under the traditional construction project and the partnering mode, and it also proves that the trust relationship between the parties under traditional construction contract is unstable low efficiency cooperation, while the trust mechanism under partnering mode is steady.
