摘　　要：具有和谐思维是改善滨海新区当前发展中所面临的不和谐性,建设和谐滨海新区的必然要求。和谐思维能够在指导滨海新区,促进经济发展的同时,促进生态和谐、体制和谐与人文环境和谐,进而促使滨海新区的建设、发展与构建和谐社会的目标达成完美的统一。Continuously insisting on harmony thought is the request of improving those un-harmonious aspects which the present development of Binhai New Area is facing. The harmony thought can direct the development of Binhai New Area to achievel the harmony of ecology system and economic development, the harmony of institution system and social development, the harmony of social progress and development of human being in an all-round way, thereby promoting the development and construction of Binhai New Area to reach perfect integration with the aim of constructing harmonious society.
