内外资零售业分析比较

摘　　要：近年来,我国流通产业得到极大发展,社会消费品零售总额年增长速度超过GDP增长速度。随着我国加入WTO,以及我国零售业对外开放步伐的加快,外资零售巨头加紧了进军中国的步伐,国内零售业面临着巨大的压力和挑战,在商业界和学术界讨论“外资进入对我国零售业影响”的话题也越来越多,本文主要对内外资零售业的现状进行分析比较,研究外资零售业的进入是不是控制了中国的零售业发展。In recent years, China＇s circulation industry has been developing rapidly. The annual growth rate of the volume consumable retails exceeds that of GDP. With China＇s access to the WTO, and the quickened reform and open - up in China＇s retailing industry, foreign retailing magnates have sped up their business operation in China＇s markets. Under such circumstances, China＇s retailing industry is in face of great tension and challenge. Thus, China＇s retailing industry has been caught in intense competition. Therefore, many people begin to discuss the effect that foreign retail enterprise brings. This paper mostly analyses and compares the actuality of domestic retailing and studies whether the entry of foreign retailing controls the development of china retailing.
