摘　　要：由于信息不对称,中小企业融资难成为一个世界性难题。而在我国,这类特殊的群体融资尤其困难。本文拟对日本和美国中小企业融资的成功经验加以考察分析,并比对我国的实际情况提出一些建议,以期对改善我国的中小企业融资困境有一定的借鉴意义。Because the information is asymmetrical, the financing difficulty of the small and medium - sized enterprises becomes a worldwide difficult problem. And in China, this problem is especially remarkable. This article examines the successful financing experiences of the small and medium- sized enterprises in Japan and America. Then, according to China＇s actual situation, the author gives some suggestions to solve the financing problem of China＇s small and medium - sized enterprises.
