摘　　要：以PVC和ABS塑料合金为原料制作的纬纱管,具有综合性能好,价格低廉,阻燃等优点。介绍了该纬纱管的配方、工艺、冲击强度、弯曲强度;并对注射成型,热稳定性,吸收助剂能力等影响制品性能的因素作了分析。现已生产纬纱管50万支,使用一年,效果较好。Pirns made of PVC/ABS plastic 'alloy' have the advantages of good bined properties, low price and fire resistance etc. This paper introduces the formulation of such pirn, its technology, impact strength and bending strength, analyses at the same time the factors influencing the performance of pirn such as injecting formation, thermal stability, ability of absorbing asistant and so no. Now, 500,000 pirns have been produced which bring good results after one year use.
