淫羊藿苷对性成熟雌性大鼠卵巢、子宫发育的影响

摘　　要：为了研究淫羊藿苷(Icariin,ICA)的促动物生殖作用,给性成熟的雌性大鼠不同剂量的ICA,观察其对大鼠卵巢和子宫重量的影响,并通过组织切片观察其对卵泡发育和子宫发育的影响。结果表明,ICA能提高大鼠卵巢和子宫重量。ICA低剂量组、高剂量组大鼠卵巢指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);ICA药物组子宫指数和阴性对照组虽然没有显著差异(P>0.05),但是有升高的趋势。组织切片显示,ICA能明显促进大鼠卵泡发育。药物组有腔卵泡数量明显多于对照组;ICA对子宫有一定的影响,但效果不显著。提示ICA可以促进大鼠卵巢和子宫的发育。Different doses of icariin （ ICA ） were given to sexually matured female rats to study the effects of ICA on the development of ovary and uterus by histological observation. Results showed that the ovarian indexes of both low dosage and high dosage group were significant higher than that of the control （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no significant difference on the uterine indexes between ICA treatment groups with the negative control （P 〉0.05 ）, but the former tended to increase during the experiment. Histological observation showed that the number of follicle in ICA groups was significant higher than that of the negative control. It is coneluded that ICA could promote the development of ovary and uterus in sexually matured female rats.
