摘  要:目的观察低能量激光照射对体外培养的兔角膜内皮细胞超微结构的影响。方法传代的兔角膜内皮细胞分为两组:一组为处理组,采用低能量激光照射,1次/d,连续7d;另外一组为对照组,不行激光照射。通过扫描电镜及透射电镜等检测观察兔角膜内皮细胞经激光照射前后形态学超微结构的变化。结果扫描电镜和透射电镜检测表明,与对照组相比,激光照射组内皮细胞表面可见丰富的微绒毛,细胞核较大,细胞核膜结构清晰,核仁明显且数目较多,染色质丰富,胞浆内细胞器发达。结论角膜内皮细胞经低能量激光照射后的超微结构变化表明其增殖活性提高。Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of rabbit corneal endothelium in vitro after low - energy laser irradiation. Methods The subcuhuring rabbit corneal endothelial cells (CECs) were divided into two groups : the first group was treated by helium - neon laser(wavelength 632.8 nm; HN500 - C, Guangzhou, China) irradiation for 7 days with low energy; the other group did not accept laser irradiation. The ultrastructural changes of CECs after laser irradiation were examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results Under SEM, there were more microvilli on the CECs surface of laser irradiation group than non - laser irradiation group. Under TEM, observation indicated that there were more nucleoli in CECs nucleus of the former group compared with the latter. Conclusion Low - intensity laser has proe proliferative effects on cultured rabbit corneal endothelial cells in vitro.
