类吗啡类拮抗物的抑食活性与拓扑指数的相关性研究

摘　　要：计算了23个新近报道的类吗啡类拮抗物,3,4—二甲基—4(3—羟基笨基)哌淀衍生物的A_m指数,并首次用多元回归分析及神经网络法对这类拮抗物的结构与抑食活性的相关性进行了研究,结果表明,A_m指数能反映这类拮抗物的结构特征,而用神经网络法所得结果优于用多元回归分析所得结果.The Am index of 23 endogenous analogue morphine which havereported recently were calculated. The correlation between molecularstructure and inhibiting-food activity was studied by using multipleregression analysis and neuroid methods. The results demonstrated thatthe Am index could character the structural features of theseantiagonists, and neuroid method could reach the superior results.
