提高转炉耐火砖寿命的实践

摘　　要：金隆公司将增产到年产35万t电解铜,但目前转炉耐火砖寿命较短,尤其是风眼砖寿命,为了提高炉寿命,适应高效率生产要求,金隆公司进行了长时间的探索,取得了丰富经验和效益。350 kt/a electrolytic copper expansion project will be put into practice in Jinlong Copper. But the firebrick life of the PS furnace ,especially the firebrick life at tuyere zone, is very short and it restrict the high efficient production. This problem has been solved by a long term technical improvement.
