摘　　要：目的调查我院2006年住院患者抗菌药物使用的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考,为职能部门的管理提供依据。方法随机抽取2006年每季度第2个月的出院患者病历,4个季度共1332份。结果我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率61.64%,使用率高的是手术科室、呼吸科,品种主要集中于头孢菌素类和喹诺酮类,使用方式以静脉滴注为主。结论我院抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但在掌握使用抗菌药物指征方面和手术科室围手术期预防用药方面还存在一些问题,是我院抗菌药物使用管理的重点。Objective To investigate the antibacterial applications in patients of our hospital in 2006, offer reference to rational use in clinic and evidence to function department for administration. Methods To take 1332 clinical records of diachanged patients in 2006 randomly, to analyze the antibacterial applications retrospectively. Result Usage rate of Antimicrobials was 61.64% in the patients,and higher in operation department and respiration departments. Cephalosporin and Quinolones were mainly used, mostly through IV drop. Conclusion The antibacterial applications was basically reasonable, though some problems existed in handling the indications of antimicrobials andde-hardener month, total 1332 preventive medication at the perioperative period, which are administrative emphasis in antibacterial applications.
