摘  要:共振瑞利散射(RRS)技术以其高灵敏度、高选择性、操作简便等优点广泛应用于核酸的研究及测定。该方法中,探针的应用与发展对于核酸的测定有至关重要的影响。综述近十几年来应用于该方法中的探针发展情况及其在测定核酸中的应用进展,并对今后的发展趋势作了展望。The nucleic acid is an important kind of germ plasma which is not lack in life and studied widely in chemistry, biology, medicine, etc. It is very significant and positive to search rapid methods of determination of nucleic acid. The Resonance Rayleigh Scattering (RRS) technique is applied widely in the determination of nucleic acid because of its high sensitivity, good selectivity and simple operation in recent years. The author mainly summarizes the instances of advance and application of the probe which has a vital effect on RRS in the determination of nucleic acid and has an outlook for its development trend.
