摘　　要：目的:探讨自身淋巴细胞治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将68例慢性荨麻疹患者分治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用自身淋巴细胞和抗组织胺药、糖皮质激素结合治疗,对照组只给予抗组织胺药物和糖皮质激素治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组。结论:应用自身淋巴细胞治疗慢性荨麻疹具有疗效显著、无副反应等特点。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of chronic urticaria treated by autologous lymphocyte therapy. Method 68 patients with chronic urticariawere assigned to the treatment group and the control group. The former group was treated with autologous lymphocyte therapy, antihistamine drugs and glucocorticoids, and the later group was only used antihistamine drugs and glucocorticoids. Resuits The total effective rate of the treatment group was clearly superior to that of the control group ,while the recurrent rate was clearly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Treating chronic urticaria with autologous lymphocyte therapy has been proved effective and without side effects.
