摘　　要：在分析了平衡态辐射理论及其应用范围的基础上，根据材料对瞬态激光存在的驰豫反射现象，提出了非平衡条件下的辐射参数表达形式和红外与激光复合隐身存在的理论基础。Based on the radiance theory under thermal equilibrium and the analysis of itsapplication conditions, an expansion formula of radiance parameters under non-thermal equilibriumwas put forword according to relax reflectance phenomenon of material on instantaneous laser,which can be considered as the basis of IR and laser multiplex stealth technique.
