黑白B超用于体检的价效医学评价

摘　　要：目的探讨B超影像学检查是否适合作为常规健康体检项目。方法采用价效医学评价，分析和比较16583例体检者黑白脏器B超和相关检验项目的阳性结果检出率（P）、项目价格费用（F）和每万元检测费阳性检出例数（Sp）。结果肝、胆、双肾、前列腺、乳腺和妇科黑白B超检查有较高的P值和Sp值，对发现潜在肿瘤价值大。结论黑白B超检查适合作为常规体检项目。Objective To evaluate the value the type-B ultrasonic detector model for health check-up. Method To assay the percentage （P） and fare （F）of the positive result and to calculate the numbers of positive sample per 10,000 yuans （Sp） from evaluating price effect medical science in type-B ultrasonic detector and correlative test items from 16583 suffered health check-up. Results The P and Sp were more the type-B ultrasonic detector than some test items. They was same for checking-up malignancy. Conclusion It is essential to choose routinely the type-B ultrasonic detector for health check-up.
