摘　　要：总结对164例重度、复杂性胫腓骨骨折的观察及护理。观察伤肢疼痛，肢端血运及运动，防止骨筋膜室综合征及伤口感染的发生。做好心理护理，密切观察生命体征的变化。做好基础护理，防止呼吸道及泌尿道的感染。指导患者行伤肢功能锻炼，促进患者健康。The purpose of this study was to find the better nursing measures in 164 patients with sever complicate tibia and fibula fractures from Jan. 2000 to Jun 2006. The pain temperature movement and color of wound lower limbs were observed in all patients. Strengthen the observation of illness, take appropriate measures, pay attention to the nursing of respiratory and urinary tract and take the more exercise, which is the nursing measures to improve the recover of limb function., quicken the fracture heal.
