摘　　要：目的探讨后颅凹减压加硬脑膜扩大修补治疗Chiari畸形,并观察疗效。方法对9例Chiari畸形病人采用后颅凹减压,然后取人工硬膜或阔筋膜扩大修补硬膜方法。结果8例病人症状明显缓解,1例无明显改善。结论采用该方法可有效缓解Chiari畸形病人的临床症状。Objective To evaluate the curative effect in the surgical treatment of Chiari malformation （CM） by decompression of posterior fossa with duraplasty. Methods Nine patients suffered from CM were given posterior cranial fossa decompression and duraplasty between 2002 and march 2006. The duraplasty was performed using either synthetic dural substitute or autologous fascia lata. Results Symptoms were improved in 8 patients, and 1 case no significant effect was seen. Conclusion posterior cranial fossa decompression with duraplasty is a reasonable option for the treatment of CM.
