放射性^(131)Ⅰ治疗甲亢的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨131Ⅰ治疗甲亢的疗效。方法选择45例甲亢患者分别于治疗前后检测血清T3、T4、TSH、TG、TM、FT3、FT4,甲状腺吸碘率及扫描,血常规,肝肾功能,心电图。结果131Ⅰ治疗甲亢总治愈率为75.6%(34/45),其中Graves病治愈率71.8%(28/39),30例合并突眼患者经治疗后,33.3%(10/30)完全恢复正常,36.7%(11/30)好转,26.7%(8/30)无效,1例加重。结论放射性131Ⅰ治疗甲亢疗效肯定,经济简便,适宜于基层医院推广应用。Objective To study the therapy effect of radioactive ^131Ⅰon the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods The level of T3 ,T4 ,TSH ,TG, TM, FT3 ,FT4 and iodine uptake rate of thyroid and scanning, and blood routine examination, liver and kidney function, cardiogram of 45 typical patients with hyperthyroidism were detected before and after treatment. Results The total cure rate of radioactive ^131Ⅰon treatment of hyperthyroidism was 75.6% （34/45）. Among them, the cure rate of radioactive ^131Ⅰ on treatment of Graves diseases was 71.8% （28/39）, the cure rate of radioactive ^131Ⅰ on treatment of thyrotoxic exophthalmos was 33.3 % （ 10/30）, the improved, feeble and deterioration rates was 36.7 % （ 11/30）, 26.7 % （8/30） and 3.3 % （ 1/30）, respectively. Conclusion Radioactive ^131Ⅰ has better effect on treatment of hyperthyroidism and is fit for clinical application in hospitals.
