跨国投资在山东发展缓慢的原因与对策

摘　　要：文章指出跨国投资在山东的发展大致可以分成五个阶段。其缓慢发展的原因在于体制、结构、文化等多重制约因素。提高认识、加强管理、健全市场体系是重要的对策。The paper points out that development of transnational investment in Shandong Province can be approximately divided into five stages. Its slow development lies in multiple restraining factors such as system, structure, culture. The important countermeasures include; improving understanding, management and market system.
