摘 要:焊件在快速加热和冷却过程中温度场的正确描述是进行组织转变和焊后接头力学性能分析的前提条件。文中采用Gauss分段移动热源模型,考虑了材料热物理性能参数与温度的非线性关系,建立了焊接过程的数学模型和物理模型,并应用APDL语言实现了焊接全过程温度场的三维动态模拟,其结果与理论值完全吻合,证明了数值模拟的可靠性。The right description of temperature field for welding process during quick heating and cooling is prerequisite for analysis of microstructure evolution and stress-strain of welded joint. In this paper, line-Gauss Heat Source Model was adopted. The thermo-physical performance parameters as the functions of temperature were taken into consideration. A mathematical model and physical model has been established in the process of welding, and the dynamic simulation of temperature field for welding process has been realized by using ANSYS parametric design accordance with theory calculation, and it proved the reliability of the numerical simulation.
