摘 要:针对某厂130 t/h燃气锅炉烟道系统振动很大的问题,通过对引风机及烟道系统的振动测试和分析,得出其振动的主要原因是因烟道内气流不均匀而出现了局部涡流、风机内出现旋转脱流以及形成二次流所致.经采取在烟道内加装导向叶片、风机内加装整流器及烟道系统加固等技术措施改造后,其振动大大降低,各点振动值一般不超过200μm,达到了预期目的.The vibration of the induced draft for the flue duct system of a gas-fired 130 t/h boiler was tested and analyzed. The results show that the vibration of the flue duct is caused by the local eddy which is resulted from the non-uniform flow and the fan is caused by the secondary flow which is resulted from the whirling flow-away. By installing a damper in the duct,a air flow rectifier in the fan and a reinforced structure for the whole flue duct system, the vibration was greatly decreased and the amplitudes were controlled to less than 200μm, which is a satisfactory result for the boiler owner.
