装修后办公室空气污染物浓度变化分析

摘　　要：目的了解装修后办公室室内污染物浓度的变化特征。方法根据装修竣工时间,装修组选择2个月以内、2~4月、5~8月、9~11月、12~18月的办公室共150间,对照组选择装修5年以上的办公室50间,对空气中甲醛、氨、苯、氡污染物浓度进行测定,并对办公室装修材料进行调查。结果办公室装修材料以涂料、油漆、化纤地毯、复合地板、瓷砖、增白剂为主。装修后1年内,甲醛、氨、苯的浓度均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随着竣工时间的延长,甲醛、氨、苯的浓度逐渐下降,大约在1年后达到标准。在装修后2个月内,甲醛、氨、苯的超标率最大,分别为100%,87.3%,83.9%。氡浓度均未超标。影响污染物浓度的主要因素为竣工时间、油漆、涂料、复合地板、化纤地毯、人造板用品、增白剂。结论办公室装修对室内空气造成了污染。Objective To study tendency of air pollutant concentration in decorated office. Methods According to the completed time, ornament group（150 offices）was divided into 5 groups（2 month group, 2- 4 month group, 5- 8 month group, 9-11 month group, 12-18 month group） and concentiation of air pollutants in these offices was determined. 50 offlees after decoration over 60 months were regarded as control group and the concentration of indoor air pollutants was determined. The decorative materials in ornament and control group were invested. Results The decorative materials in offices were chiefly coating material, paints, fiber carpet, compound floor, porcelain tile, whitening agent. The concentration of air pollutants of decorated offices were significantly higher than the control group in one year after decoration（P 〈（0.05）. The concentration of air pollutants decreased with the time prolonging after decoration arid come to the standard after about one year. The over standard rates of formaldehyde, benzene and amonia was the highest in 2 months and their numerical values were respectively 100 %, 87.3 %, 83.9 %. The concentration of Radon in ornament and control group was lower than the standard and had nothing to do with completed time. Conclusion Office decoration caused pollution in indoor air and the concentration of indoor air pollutants mainly correlated with completed time, coating material, paints, fiber carpet, artificial board, compound floor, whitening agent.
