摘　　要：知识产权制度在现代科学技术的飞速发展过程中,既受到强烈冲击,又被寄予厚望。知识产权制度特别是知识产权的管理制度如何适应新形势下的新特点、新要求,顺应其现代化、国际化和体系化的趋势,已成为各国家、地区和企业在调整知识产权管理发展战略时所必须面对的重大课题。探讨了知识产权制度的现代化、国际化和体系化趋势对知识产权管理制度的影响与要求。With the progressive development of science and technology, the system of intellectual property has been strongly attacked, but meanwhile, it has also been centered with great expectation. How to make the system of intellectual property, especially its management, adapt the new features and requirements of the new situation in order to be in tune with the trend of modernization, internationalization and systematization has became a key issue faced by various countries, districts and enterprises when adjusting the manage development strategy of intellectual property. The paper is setting about the trend of modernization, internationalization and systematization of intellectual property, and analyzes its influeoces on the management of intellectual property, hoping to profit the construction of intellectual property system.
