摘  要:采用钒钼酸铵比色法测定羟基磷灰石中磷的含量,考察了波长、显色时间、显色剂用量、硝酸溶液的加入量和温度对测定结果的影响.结果表明,温度和硝酸溶液的加入量对测定结果影响不大;最佳测定条件为:波长355 nm,显色液加入量为1 mL,室温下进行,显色时间15 min;加标回收率为99.3%-104.0%,相对标准偏差RSD为4.96%.该法能够很好地满足羟基磷灰石中磷含量的快速测定.Phosphorus content in hydroxyapatite is determined by the color comparison method of ammonium vanadate-molybdate. The effects of determined wavelength, colored time, reagent dosage, the addition of nitrate solution and temperature on absorbency were investigated. The results show that the addition of nitrate solution and the determination temperature almost have no effect on determination value and the optimum determination-conditions are following, wavelength is 355 nm, the volume of colorant solution is 1 mL, the analysis is carried at room temperature and the colored time is 15min. Determined results at those conditions indicate that the RSD is 4.96% and the recovery ratio is between 99.3% and 104%. Therefore the color comparison method of ammonium vanadate-molybdate method can satisfy the request of the quickly determination of phosphorus content in hydroxyapatite.
