奥硝唑胃内滞留片的制备及质量标准建立

摘　　要：以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为亲水性骨架材料,十八醇为助漂剂,采用融熔法制备出起漂、持漂且释放度均满足要求的奥硝唑胃内滞留片,并建立了其质量标准.采用紫外分光光度法测定了片中药物的含量,该方法稳定性好,精密度高.Ornidazole gastric stagnation tablets was prepared by using HPMC and octadecanol. The melting method was used in its preparation. Its standard of starting afoating, afoating and accumulative releasing degree may be satisfied for its quality control. And the standard for its quality control were established. The drug content was determined by using ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The results showed that the method used is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control.
