骨盆截骨治疗Legg－Perthes病

摘　　要：为了防止或减少股骨头变形，改善髋关节功能，应用骨盆截骨术治疗Ｌｅｇｇ－Ｐｅｒｔｈｅｓ病１６例。其中ＣａｔｔｅｒａｌｌⅢ型病变７例，Ⅳ型病变９例。患儿平均年龄８．２岁，随诊平均时间２８．５个月。－采取临床和Ｘ线片测定，评价术后髋关节功能和形态，结果显示１６个髋关节功能活动均无明显受限，股骨头虽有轻度增大，但仍保持其圆形结构，而且髋臼也因骨盆截骨而增大，使股骨头获得满意的覆盖。骨盆截骨术是治疗Ｌｅｇｇ－Ｐｅｒｔｈｅｓ病确实有效的方法。Sisteen children(mean age8.2yrs)with Legg Perthesdisease ,were treated by Salter's pelvic osteotomy.They were diagnosed as catterall group Ⅲ in 7 and group lv in 9.The mean follow-up period was 28.5 months,According to the clinical data and radiographic examination,the function and morphology of the hip were evaluated.After osteotomy,the movement of the involved hips was almost normal.Although the femoral head enlarged,the spherical congruency of the hip remained.The femoral head was satisfactorily covered with the enlarged acetabulum.The authors conclude that Salter's pelvic osteotomy is an effective procedure in the treatment for Legg-Perthes disease.
