局部麻醉下电视胸腔镜诊断治疗胸部疾病

摘　　要：目的:探讨局部麻醉下电视胸腔镜手术诊断、治疗胸部疾病的可行性。方法:局部麻醉并使用镇静剂下对30名患者采用胸腔镜进行诊断和治疗,滑石粉胸膜固定12例,肺大泡切除10例,肺楔形切除5例,胸膜活检3例。结果:所有患者无明显并发症。患者手术过程中有窦性心动过速发生,术前、术中、术后对比P<0.05,有显著差异。血压对比分析P>0.05,无显著差异。血氧饱和度对比分析P<0.05,无显著差异。结论:局部麻醉下电视胸腔镜手术是可行和有益的。objective： To detect the feasibility of VATS under local anesthesia for the diagnosis and reatment of thoracic diseases. Methods： 30 cases including 12 pleurodesis, 10 bullae resection, 5 wedge resection and 3 pleural biopsy underwent VATS under local anesthesia and sedation for diagnosis and treatment： Results： There was no obvious complication occured. There was sinus tachy cardia during operation, showed difference before, during and after operation （P 〈 0.05）. There was no difference in blood pressure and saturation of blood oxygen （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion.. VATS in feasible and effective under local anesthesia.
