摘 要:目的:运用三维X线头影测量与三维CT测量方法研究蒙古族正常牙合成年人的颅颌面硬组织形态,比较两种测量方法优缺点。方法:选择蒙古族正常牙合成年人105名,拍摄正侧位头颅定位片,利用计算机辅助测量系统进行三维X线测量,从上述对象中选取48名行颅颌面部CT扫描建立三维图像进行测量。结果:①三维X线与三维CT两种方法的测量结果无显著性差异。②线距测量结果存在性别差异,而角度结果无性别差异。结论:①三维CT方法可应用于正颌外科临床与科研中,三维CT可立体重现颅颌面硬组织,对非对称畸形更有意义;而三维X线方法仪器设备简单、费用低、易于普及,在临床工作中应根据条件选择。②蒙古族颅颌面硬组织形态具有明显的性别差异和种族特点。Objective:To apply three- dimensional xray Cephalometric and 3D CT on detecting cranial and maxillofacial sclerous tissues and compare their advantages and disadvantages. Methods: 105 normal Mongolian adults perfonmed three- dimensiondl X - ray Cephalometric 48 of those performed 3D- CT. Results:①The results of three- dimensional X ray cephalometric and 3D- CT showed no differences ② The results also showed that the valuc of length showed differences between two groups, but that of angle showed no diffrnences. Conclusion: ①3D- CT refers to maxillo - facial surgery and rescarch, especially for asymmetic abnormity. Three -dimensional X - ray is simple, cheap and popular examination.②The appearance of mongolian cranial and maxillofacial sclerous tissues showes Qbvious sexual and national characteristics.
