经尿道等离子双极分离电切术治疗前列腺增生症

摘　　要：目的：探讨经尿道等离子体双极分离电切术的安全性与有效性。方法：用经尿道等离子体双极分离电切行前列腺103例，术后随访1～20个月。结果：PK～TUDRP手术时间30～205min，平均80．30min。无输血，电切综合征。切除腺体23-205g，平均67．20g。最大尿流量（Qmax），国际前列腺症状评分（iPSS），生活质量评分（QOL）项指标明显改善。有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：用等离子双极分离电切治疗良性前列腺增生症安全有效。Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of transurethral detaching resection of the prostate with plasmakinetic energy （PK - TUDRP）. Methods：a hundred and three patients with symptomatic BPH were treated by PK- TUDRP. All patients were followed up for 1 -20months postapertively. Result： PK- TUDRP the duration of the procedure was 80.3min（range 30- 205min）. No case need blood transfusion during the operation. No transure thral resecion syndrom occurred. It is obvious IPSS Qmax and QOL improve （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions. It is suggested that transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic detaching resection of prostate is effective and safe.
