摘  要:河台金矿位于中国广东西部山区,属南亚热带气候区,该区次生针阔叶混交林发育,覆盖率大于70%。矿区植物受Au及伴生元素严重毒化,研究结果表明,河台金矿区植物叶中的Au含量比对照区高30多倍,Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn、Hg的含量均与对照区处于同一数量级;河台金矿植叶色素中的Au、Cu是对照区的2倍多,Ag、Hg、S、Mn的含量均与对照区的处于同一数量级,但显弱正异常,Zn、As、Sb、Mg也与对照区的处于同一数量级,但显弱负异常;金矿区植物叶中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量均比对照区的高,叶中水含量和叶面温度则比对照区的低;金矿区的叶体细胞发生一系列变异。以上结果可作为植被地区找隐伏金矿的生物地球化学标志。The Hetai gold deposit is located in the mountain area of western Guangdong Province,China.It belongs to the south subtropical zone and the subtropical secondary forest grows well which covers>70% of the area.The vegetation in the deposit is seriously effected by gold and associated elements.Gold content in leaf of vegetation in the area of the gold doposit is thirty times higher than that of the control area.The associate element content is the same as that of the control area.Gold and copper contents in leaf pigment of vegetation in the deposit area are two times higher than those of the control area.Ag, Hg,S,and Mn contents are the same as those of the control area,but display weak positive anomaly.The Zn,As,Sb,Fe,and Mg contents are also the same as those of the control area,but displays weak negative anomaly.The pigment content in leaf of vegetation in the deposit area is higher than that of the control area,while the water content in leaf and the temprature of the leaf surface is lower than those of the control area.The cell structure and tissue of leaf variates in the gold deposit area.These evidences can be used as the indicators of gold biogeochemical remote sensing for exploration of concealed gold deposit in vegetable area.
