缓解期神经症患者人格特征研究

摘　　要：目的探讨缓解期神经症患者在人格维度、人格特质水平、人格模型方面与正常人的差异。方法采用NEO-PI-R个性问卷对137例患者及132例正常人进行比较分析。结果缓解期神经症患者在NEO-PI-R五维度的神经质维度得分显著高于正常组，外向性维度的得分显著低于正常组；缓解期神经症在30种特质层面的焦虑、愤怒、抑郁、脆弱性、幻想特质层面得分显著高于正常组，活动性、正性情绪、行动、价值、信任感、自律性特质层面得分显著低于正常组。结论缓解期神经症患者和正常人的人格特征在两个维度、多个特质层面存在差异。Objective To explore the personality characteristics of neuroses in remission and to determine the difference of dimension ,trait level ,model of personality between neuroses and normal subjects. Methods neuroses patients（n=137） and normal controls（n=132） were assessed with Revised NEd Personality Inventory（NEO-PI-R） .Results The mean score of Extroversion of five-factor personality model of NEO-PI-R of neuroses was significantly lower than that of normal groups and The mean score of Neuroticism of five-factor personality model of NEO-PI-R of neuroses was significantly higher than that of normal groups： The difference of thirty traits personality model and trait had statistical significance between neuroses and normal subjects. The scores of Anxiety（N l）, AngD, hostility（N2）,Depression（N3）,Vulnerability（N6） and Fantasy（O 1） of Schizophrenias were significantly higher than those of normal groups .The scores of Activity（E4）,Positive Emotions（E6）, Actions（O4）,Self-Discipline（C5）,Trust（Al） and Values（d6） of neuroses were significantly lower than those of normal group. Conclusion Neuroses show the differences of dimension ,trait level ,model of personality.
