坏死增生性淋巴结病及其鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的研究分析坏死增生性淋巴结病的发病，临床特征、病理诊断及治疗。方法报道经治疗的12例坏死增生性淋巴结病结合丈献进行分析。结果本病以发热、淋巴结肿大为特点。淋巴结活检是关键，其主要特点是：淋巴结呈广泛凝固性坏死，伴组织细胞反应性增生，无中性粒细胞浸润。结论此病可能有两种类型，一种为独立疾病，预后良好，和其它疾病无关：另一种则为非独立疾病，它可能是一种结缔组织疾病（SLE）的部分症状。Objective To study the reasons, clinical features, pathology, diagnosis and treatment of the kikuchi-fujimoto＇s disease, Methods Twelve kikuchi-fujimoto＇s disease patients were presented and other cases from literatures were reviewed and analyzed, Results There are many physiological characteristics in this disease such as enlargement of lymph nodes and fever. The biopsy of lymph nodes is very critical, Its major characteristics were that lymph nodes showed extensive coagulated necrosis, company tissue cell reactivity proliferation and did not had neutral cell filtration infiltration. Conclusion This disease has two types： one is self-disease, favorable prognosis and difference from other diseases; another is not a self-disease and a probable part of a connective tissue disease,
