社区肢残人群健康状况调查及分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区肢体残疾人群的健康状况，为提高肢残人群的生活质量提供依据。方法对上海市曾家渡街道14个居委的常住且具有残疾证的肢体残疾人进行问卷调查，包括一般情况、慢性病患病史和服用药物种类等项目，并集中对血压、心电图、胸片、肝肾功能、血脂、血糖等指标进行检测。结果本社区的肢残人群中除了运动系统患病率为100%外，心血管系统患病率最高为35．86％。在口服用药种类中，心血管类药物比例最高为36、68％，抗生素服用率位居第二为23、91％。在体检指标中，心电图与血压异常率比例最高，分别为38．12％和31、65％，在血脂中，甘油三酯指标异常人数也较高为20．86％。结论本社区肢体残疾人除了原有运动系统障碍外，还存在一定的健康缺陷，心血管系统患病率最高，需要加强对他们的医学照顾尤其是健康教育和健康促进活动。Objective To investigate the status of the health condition of the handicapped in community.Methods We investigated the general informations, the kinds of the medications which were taken and the chronic diseases of the handicapped who were the inhabitants in caojiadu community.And their blood pressure,electrocardiogram, X-ray, liver function, kidney function, blood lipoid,blood sugar were tested. Results The prevalence of the disability in the movement systems in the community was 100% ,and the rate of vascular disease was 35.86%.The rate of the medications which were taken for vascular disease was 36,68% and the rate of antibiotic taken was 23.91%,The rates of abnormality in electrocardiogram and blood pressure were 38,12% and 31,65%,The rate of abnormality in TG was 20.86%,Conclusion The rate of vascular disease was the highest in the chronic diseases of the handicapped in community. We should attach importance to the activities of health education and health promotion of the handicapped in community.
