摘 要:爆炸修井工艺是一项新技术,应用该技术既可修复套变井,也可修复错断井,极大地拓宽了修井范围。采用能量守恒法导出了套管爆炸扩径过程中扩径量与药量的关系式,通过地面模拟试验及现场试验给出了综合影响系数K的取值范围。通过数值模拟计算搞清了爆炸扩径过程中压力波的分布规律,为布药方式及引爆方式的选择提供了的理论依据。Explosive workover is a new technique, which can restore casing changing well and also can restore bad break well, greatly enlarging workover extent. The relations between hole enlargement content and medicine content are obtained in the process of casing explosive hole enlargement by ground simulated test and field test, the effects of extent of coeffi adopting energy conservation method, and based on cient K are given. By numerical analogue calculation, distribution rules of forced wave in the processing of explosive hole enlargement are understood, which can provide a theoretical basis for choosing to arrange medicine way and lead explosion method.
