摘　　要：邓小平同志历来十分重视共产党执政基础的维护与建设，主要是从历史的、经济的、民主的、法制的纬度来论述共产党的执政之基。邓小平同志对共产党执政之基的理论为我党由革命党向执政党的转变指明了方向，为转变党的执政方式和加强党的执政能力建设积累了宝贵的经验，也深化了对共产党执政规律的认识。Comrade Deng Xiaoping always placed emphasis on the basis of the Communist Party of China in power. He analyzed the basis of the Communist Party of China in power from four sides, namely, history, economy, democracy and law. The transition of the Communist Party of China from a revolutionary party to a party in power was started from the thought of Deng Xiaoping mentioned. In order to change the means of basis in power and deeply construct of the party＇ s capability of basis in power, the Communist Party of China also learned more lessons from the thought of Deng Xiaoping thoughts. The thought of Deng Xiaoping deepened our knowledge on the laws of the communist party in power.
