摘　　要：高等学校的校园文化,潜移默化地对学生的成长与发展产生着巨大的作用,影响着大学生生活的各个方面,这种影响的走向和态势不仅直接关系着大学生的成才,而且也关系着校园文化发展方向与层次。因此,加强校园文化建设,全面提高大学生的自身素质,培养成功型人才,已成为学校学生工作的重要内容。The university campus culture is subtly making the huge important function to the growth and development of the students, and is affecting each aspect of the students＇ university life. The trend of such influence is not only related directly to the students＇ university life. The trend of such influence is not only related directly to the student＇s growth and maturing,but also connected to developing direction and level of the university campus culture. Therefore,it has been being the important content of the student work to strengthen the campus cultural reconstruction,improve university students＇ own quality comprehensively and cultivate the successful talented person.
