摘 要:对于继电保护及故障信息系统的通信结构至今还没有系统化的解决方法,此外目前的继电保护及故障信息系统存在接入装置或采用的通信协议互不兼容、系统升级和维护成本高、开放性较差等问题。为此,文章提出了继电保护及故障信息系统的通信模型,提出了继电保护及故障信息系统的分层通信结构,规定了每层接口完成的功能。为支持主站的应用,提出了公共数据模型的概念,并将其分为一次系统公共信息模型和二次系统公共信息模型。对于站内数据通信,以IEC61850为基础,提出了信息服务模型的概念并定义了其基本功能。The systemic solution of communication architecture for protective relaying and fault information system (PRFIS) is still absent, besides, there are drawbacks in current PRFIS, such as incompatibility among access devices and utilized communication protocols, high cost for upgrading and maintenance of current PRFIS as well as weak openness and so on. For this reason, the author puts forward a communication model for PRFIS, proposes a hierarchical communication structure for PRFIS and specifies the function that should be completed by the interfaces in each layer. To support the application of PRFIS in master station, a concept of common data model (CDM) is suggested and the CDM is further divided into common information model (CIM) for primary system and CIM for secondary system. To implement the data communication within the substation, according to IEC 61850 a concept on information service model is proposed and its basic functions are defined.
