摘  要:中鸿人和商业广场大厦,将转换层厚板分2次浇筑,并在厚板中增设抗剪钢筋,形成叠合板,重点解决了荷载传递问题,合理安排钢筋施工次序,采用”斜面分层、薄层灌筑、自然流淌,连续浇筑到顶”的方法浇筑大体积混凝土,严密控制混凝土内外温差,使板式结构转换层支撑系统稳定可靠。In the Zhonghongrenhe Commercial Square Building, the planks of the transfer floor are poured in two times with anti-shear steel bars added into them, which has mainly solved the loading transfer problem. After arranging the procedures of the setting of steel bars reasonably, the massive concrete is poured down in a natural and fluent way by stratification in the inclined planes, poured the concrete down into the thin layers and constant work until to the top. Meantime, a strict control of the difference in temperature between inside and outside of the concrete enables the support system in the transfer floor which is of plank structure to be not only stable but also reliable.
