摘 要:以尿素和甲醛为壁材,油性蓝和TiO2纳米粒子分散在四氯乙烯中作为囊芯,通过原位聚合法制备了蓝色电泳显示微胶囊。研究了电泳微胶囊制备时的预聚和缩聚条件对微胶囊形成和产品形态的影响,并通过设计正交实验得到了最优化的预聚条件,优化条件:脲∶甲醛(摩尔比)为1∶1.75;反应温度75℃;pH值8.5;反应时间1 h,以最优化的预聚条件制备出的预聚体作为反应物进行缩聚反应制备出的蓝色电泳微胶囊内外表面光滑,囊壁透明,分散性好且形态完整。Electrophoretic microcapsules were prepared via in - situ interfaeial polymerization using ureaformaldehyde(UF) resin as the outer membrane and oil blue and TiO2 nanoparlicles dispersed in tetrachloethylene as core materials. The effects of synthesis conditions for electrophoretic microcapsules on the morphology of microcapsules were investigated and the optimal reaction conditions for the synthesis of UF prepolymer were obtained by the orthogonal tests. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were molar ratio of urea to formaldehyde 1:1.75 ,reaction temperature 75℃, pH 8.5 and reaction time 1 h. The electrophoretic microcapsules prepared with such conditions had many merits, such as smooth inner and outer surface, transparence, good dispersity and complete morphology, etc.
