摘　　要：针对某单层混合结构建筑整体平移工程,提出在平移过程中保证其强度和刚度的同时又降低工程造价的具体措施,该措施与传统的房屋整体平移方法相比,简单、实用、工期短、强度和刚度易于控制、造价低。可为类似建筑整体平移工程提供参考。According to a certain single-floor complicated structural building which needs to be integral displaced, the practical measures to ensure its strength and rigid at the same time to lower project cost during the displacement are proposed. Compared with the traditional method of building integral displacement, the measures are simple, practical, time limit for the project being shorter, strength and rigid being easier to control, and cost being lower, which can be taken as reference for the similar building integral displacement project.
