摘 要:通过真空预压法加固地基的工程实践,介绍了其设计、施工、监测和检测的主要内容和所得到的真空预压过程的监测以及预压之后的检验结果。项目地处软土地区,地基沉降尚未稳定,属欠固结土,工程上需要解决软土地基变形问题,工程结构设计要求是通过真空预压处理地基,使得地基固结度达到90%以上。真空预压处理地基后,进行大量现场土工试验和室内试验,其数据和分析结果表明,真空预压达到了设计所要求的工程目标,在该地区值得推广应用。The main contents of design, construction and inspection are introduced through one project and it provides the test results of vacuum preloading. Due to the fact that this industrial building is located in the Yangzi River area with soft soil, the major concern of foudation design is the settlement and deformation of the foundation, and the design aim is to improve the solidation of soil to above 90% by vaccum preloading. Some special construcion techniques and methods are adopted to ensure the success of the vacuum preloading. The field and indoor tests results show that the vacuum preloading has met the design requirements, and the method is worth to be spread in the area with soft soil.
