摘 要:针对电力电子产品和电力电子装置趋于环保和节能的发展要求,分析和设计了一种新型的“绿色化”电源。主功率拓扑采用零电压变频控制的反激变流器;二次侧同步整流管采用一种新型的电流型驱动方案,从而使同步整流管驱动变得简单可靠。控制变流器在轻载情况进入“打嗝”模式以降低待机损耗。对电路工作原理进行详细的理论分析并给出了参数优化设计。制作了一台64W的实验室样机用来对理论分析进行验证。实验结果表明,设计出的样机具有高效率、低待机损耗和低传导辐射等优点,符合环保和节能的绿色电源的要求。Energy-saving and environment-protective power suppy, named as "'green power supply", is a tendency in the development of power electronics in the following years due to the pressing energy and environment crisis. In this paper, a new "green" adapter adopted with VF DCM flyback topology and a new current-driven scheme for the secondary synchronous rectifier is analyzed and designed. A control IC with "cycle-skipping" mode control is applied to reduce the standby loss. Detailed theorectical analyses and opitimized design considerations are presented. A 64W laboratory prototype adapter based on theoretical analyses is developed. Experimental results show that high efficiency, low no-load loss and good EMC characteristic are achieved for this developed prototype.
