摘 要:叙述了浙江电网火电机组一次调频功能的设计方式,通过机组在电网事故中的表现阐述了浙江电网火电机组一次调频功能的应用情况;叙述了一次调频功能投运或试验过程中发现的几个有代表性问题,这些问题包括EHC油管路振动、汽轮机轴向位移大幅度变化、一次调频能力不足和主蒸汽参数波动等,在对这些问题进行分析的基础上介绍了相应的有效处理方法。一次调频功能对机组稳定运行的干扰作用在不同的机组上会以不同的方式表现出来,在一次调频功能投入之前,进行相关试验能够比较直观地获得该机组在一次调频动作时的表现,可以针对不同的情况采取相应的对策,确保机组一次调频功能的安全投运,从而提高电网运行的安全性。The design of the primary frequency regulation (PFR) function for the fossil-fired units in Zhejiang Electric Power Grid is introduced, and its application is illuminated through the units' performance in grid accidents. Some representative problems encountered during commissioning and tests of the PFR function are discussed, including the EHC oil pipeline vibration, large axial shift of the steam turbine, insufficient PFR capability, and main steam param- eter fluctuation. Effective solutions to these problems are proposed. The disturbance of the PFR function to the unit operation shows in different ways for different units, so it is wise to carry out relevant tests before the PFR function.is put into operation, and adopt corresponding strategies for different situations. As a result, the safe operation of the PFR function can be ensured, and the security of the grid can be improved.
