摘　　要：介绍了计数管的工作原理和J405γ计数管主要参数指标,并从计数管的零件清洗质量、阴极制造、充气气体配比等方面,具体分析了J405γ计数管在生产过程中,放电、坪斜大的废品产生的原因,提出了工艺解决方法。In the paper, we introduced the theories and characteristics of counter tubes and list the principal parameters about J405γ type counter tube. We analyzed the reject reason of discharge and larger plateau slope in the process by components and parts cleaning, cathode manufacture and proportion of gases filled. And presented the craft method to avoid these rejects.
