摘　　要：博客作为一个新生的事物,它的发展时间虽较短,却越来越受到关注。本文就如何理性地认识、分析这种事物,精确地把握其传播的特性,并在此基础上加以正确地规范及引导,做一探讨。As a new thing, blog is more and more concerned with the development in recent years. This paper is on how to understand this matter with rational understanding, to master the characteristic of the blog, and on this basis to guide and regulate it.
