摘　　要：建设社会主义新农村的关键是要培养和造就一大批有文化、懂技术、会经营的高素质的新型农民。而培养和造就大批新型农民的关键在于大力发展农村教育。一是通过大力发展农村基础教育,全面提高农民的基本文化素质;二是通过大力发展农村职业教育,提高农民的科技素质和经营素质;三是通过积极开展农村思想道德教育,提高农民的现代文明素质。It is the key of building a new socialism rural area to foster thousands upon thousands of new farmers with knowledge, technology, and management ability. In order to train those farmers, it needs vigorously developing the rural education. On the one hand, it can improve the farmers＇ basic cultural quality through develop the rural fundamental education. On the other hand, it can improve the scientific quality of farmers through develop the rural vocational education. In addition, it can improve the civilization quality of modem farmers through carry on the thought and morality education,
