摘　　要：公司是社会整体的一部分,其利益的取得与所在的社会密不可分。公司社会责任理论的提出对我国公司的健康发展具有很大的借鉴意义,本文通过分析公司社会责任的定义和理论依据,阐述公司社会责任的必要性,对我国公司的社会责任现状进行一定的法律思考,并在此基础上就强化我国公司的社会责任提出了的一些建议。The company is part of the whole society, the obtaining and are closely related to society where one stays of its interests. The proposition of company＇s community responsibility theory has very great reference meanings to the sound development of the company of our country, this text explains the necessity of company＇s community responsibility through analysing the definition of company＇s community responsibility and theoretical foundation, carry on certain legal consideration to the community responsibility current situation of the company of our country, some suggestions that and the community responsibility of strengthening the company of our country on this basis has been out forward.
