摘　　要：英国之所以能率先成为工业化国家,其重要原因在于英国的重商主义嬗变取得了成功,在英国重商主义理论的推动与政策支持下,英国农业生产完成了资本主义化,同时,重商主义理论与政策为工商业的发展营造了较为宽松的环境,使工商业的资本主义方式得到巩固,英国社会转型因而得以最终完成。The reason of British can first turn into industrial county, the important cause is the succeed on the transmutation of British Mercantilism thoughts , under the promotion of mercantilism theory and the support of policy , the capitalization of agricultural production manner was finished in England. At the same time, ？ the mercantilism policy constructed a loose environment for British industry and commerce, eventually the social transformation of England was completed.
