摘　　要：对炼油污水处理场存在的问题进行分析,并结合炼油改扩建后的排水情况,提出了炼油污水处理工艺流程的优化方案,增设高效流砂过滤器和消毒杀菌设施。预计技改后污水处理场出水水质可全面稳定达标,并可确保出水水质达到污水回用条件。The problem of waste water treating unit in the refinery are analyzed.Considering the status of waste water drain after the completion of refinery reconstruction and expansion,the optimizing projects of technical flow for waste water treating unit are putted forword.At the same time,the high efficient flowing sand filters,the disinfecting and sterilizing apparatus are also added.The quality of discharge water is expected to be stable and to reach the recycle water requirements.
